Brandon Young
Brandon Young (born November 16, 1991) is an American professional basketball player for BC CSKA Sofia of the Bulgarian basketball league. After four years at DePaul University, Young entered the 2014 NBA draft but was not selected in the draft's two rounds. High school career Randallstown High School class of 2009 College career Young chose to play college basketball at DePaul after finishing high school at Friendship Collegiate Academy. At DePaul, he is the only player in program history with at least 1,200 points, 400 assists and 100 three-pointers. He is also the only player in program history with at least 100 assists in all four seasons. In his four seasons in the college, Young scored 102 career games in double-figures and reached double-figures in 81 percent of games (102-of-126). Laurium or Lavrio ( ell, Λαύριο; grc, Λαύρειον (later ); before early 11th century BC: Θορικός ''Thorikos''; from Middle Ages until 1908: Εργαστήρια ''Ergastiria'') is a town in southeastern part of Attica, Greece. BC CSKA Sofia ( bg, БК "ЦСКА София") is a Bulgarian professional basketball club based in the capital Sofia and part of the CSKA Sofia sports club. The Nemzeti Bajnokság I/A ( en, National Championship I/A, commonly abbreviated NB I/A) is the highest level league of club men's basketball in Hungary. Format The league comprises 14 teams. A NB I/A season is split into a league stage and a playoff/playout stage. At the end of the league stage (14 teams) the top 5 teams play another league stage, another 5 play with each other, and then the top 8 teams qualify for the playoff stage. Polska Liga Koszykówki (PLK) (English language, English: Polish Basketball League) is a professional men's club basketball list of basketball leagues, league in Poland. It constitutes the first and highest-tier level of the Polish basketball league system, Polish league pyramid. The winning team of the final round are crowned the Polish Champions of that season. The Ukrainian Basketball SuperLeague (USL) ( uk, Українська баскетбольна суперліга) is the first-tier level of professional basketball league in Ukraine. Established in 1992, the league is currently contested by 10 clubs. It is a tier above the Ukrainian Higher League and allows for one season from the Higher League each season to be promoted. The Lebanese Basketball League is the top-tier professional men's basketball league in Lebanon. It is organized annually as a national championship with playoffs and a national cup by the Lebanese Basketball Federation (FLB). Currently, the league consists of 12 teams, of which six are located in Beirut. The most successful club in the history of the league is Al Riyadi who have won a record 16 championships. History The initial Lebanese basketball league was formed in as early as the 1950s; however, it was stopped during the Lebanese Civil War. Fribourg Olympic Basket, commonly known as Fribourg Olympic, is a Swiss professional basketball club that is based in Fribourg. Due to name sponsorship reasons, the former name of the club was Benetton Fribourg. The club is a seventeen-time Swiss Basketball League champion. History Fribourg Olympic competed in seven seasons of the original version of the EuroLeague, the top-level European competition, when it was run by FIBA, due to being the Swiss League champions. Steven Gray (born April 8, 1989) is an American former professional basketball player who last played for Peristeri of the Greek Basket League. He played college basketball for Gonzaga University. Gray spent his entire professional career overseas, playing in countries such as Greece, France, Israel, Lebanon, Latvia, Croatia and Bosnia. The Greek Basket League (GBL), often also referred to as the Greek A1 Basketball League, or Greek Basketball Championship (originally called Panhellenic Basketball Championship), and also known as the Stoiximan Basket League for sponsorship reasons, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official List of developmental and minor sports leagues, minor league basketball organization. The league was known as the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) from 2001 to 2005, and the NBA Development League (NBA D-League) from 2005 until 2017.
