	Terry Mills (American Politician) Terry Mills (born October 12, 1950) is an American politician and a former Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives who represented District 24. Mills won a February 2010 Special election to fill the vacancy caused by the election of Representative Jimmy Higdon to the Kentucky Senate. Hodgenville sits along the North Fork of the Nolin River. The population was 3,206 at the 2010 census. It is included in the Elizabethtown metropolitan area. History Robert Hodgen, a Pennsylvania native who moved to Virginia, purchased of land in the vicinity.
