Brahma (2014 Film)
''Brahma'' is a 2014 Indian Kannada historical action drama film written and directed by R. Chandru, and produced by Manjunath Babu. The film was dubbed into Telugu. The film stars Upendra playing dual roles though both the roles never appear together onscreen. It also stars Pranitha Subhash and Sara Sharma, while actors Nassar, Rahul Dev, and Shayaji Shinde play other prominent roles. The film spanning four generations, from the 16th to the 21st century features an original soundtrack album by Gurukiran. Plot Brahma is the son of Veera Brahma, a patriarch of the prestigious royal dynasty Raja Brahma, who runs away from home after witnessing his father's cruel atrocities against the poor people. Years later, Brahma becomes an Robin Hood and steals from rich people in order to provide necessity requirements for the poor, and sets on a mission to steal money from Veera Brahma. Upendra (actor)
Upendra Rao (known mononymously as Upendra; born 18 September 1968) is an Indian actor, filmmaker, producer, screenwriter and politician who works primarily in Kannada cinema. Upendra has also worked in Telugu films . He started his film career as a writer and an assistant director with actor and film director Kashinath. His first directorial venture was ''Tharle Nan Maga'' (1992). In the mid-1990s, Upendra directed '' Om'', followed by '' A'', in which he debuted as an actor. ''Charminar'' is a 2013 Kannada cinema, Kannada romantic drama film written and directed and produced by R. Chandru, featuring Prem Kumar (Kannada actor), Prem Kumar and Meghana Gaonkar in the lead roles. Sumithra (born 18 September 1953) is an Indian actress. She has appeared in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu language films. She acted as the lead heroine in films between 1974 and 1986. She later started being known for her roles as a mother since the 1990s. Early life Sumithra was born on 18 September 1953 to Raghavan Nair and Janaki at Thrissur, Kerala.
