Bozian Racing
Bozian Racing is a French auto racing team founded in 1969 by Arthur Bozian. Although it also run in circuits, the rally represents the principal activity of the team. It was related to Renault for a long time. In 2002, Bozian Racing became the satellite team of Peugeot Sport, while engagement in particular, on several rallies of the WRC, running names such as Gilles Panizzi, Harri Rovanperä and Cédric Robert. In 2006 Bozian Racing took, to some extent, the relay of Peugeot Sport, which was withdrawn from the WRC at the end of the 2005 season, by engaging two Peugeot 307 WRCs in the Manufacturer 2 championship, running with the Austrian Manfred Stohl and the Norwegian Henning Solberg Henning Solberg (born 8 January 1973) is a Norwegian rally and rallycross driver. Peugeot 206 WRC
The Peugeot 206 WRC is a World Rally Car based on the Peugeot 206. It was used by Peugeot Sport, Peugeot's factory team, in the World Rally Championship from 1999 to 2003. The car brought Peugeot the manufacturers' world title three years in a row from 2000 to 2002. Marcus Grönholm won the drivers' title in 2000 and 2002. History In 1999, Peugeot Sport unveiled the 206 WRC, and it competed for the first time in that year's World Rally Championship, with French tarmac veteran and long-time marque stalwart Gilles Panizzi narrowly failing, against a resurgent reigning champion in Mitsubishi's Tommi Mäkinen, to win the Rallye Sanremo. 2002 World Rally Championship Season
The 2002 World Rally Championship was the 30th season of the FIA World Rally Championship. The season consisted of 14 rallies. Marcus Grönholm won his second drivers' world championship in a Peugeot 206 WRC, ahead of Petter Solberg and Carlos Sainz. The manufacturers' title was won by Peugeot, ahead of Ford and Subaru.
