Bozdoğan is high on the side of Mount Madran, the source of the highly valued Pınar Madran mineral water, which is bottled and packaged at the source. The surroundings are also green and mildly forested. The local economy depends on organic farming, organic agriculture, especially olives, figs, fruits and vegetables which are exported to the markets of Europe and America. Districts Of Turkey
The 81 provinces of Turkey are divided into 973 districts (''ilçeler''; sing. ''ilçe''). In the early Turkish Republic and in the Ottoman Empire, the corresponding unit was the ''kaza''. Most provinces bear the same name as their respective provincial capital districts.
