Bound For Glory (2016)
Bound for Glory (2016) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It took place on October 2, 2016 at the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida, the first time since the inaugural 2005 event to be held at the venue. It was the twelfth event in the Bound for Glory chronology, the second and last pay-per-view event of 2016 from TNA. It would also be the final pay per view under the TNA name. It included the induction of Gail Kim into the TNA Hall of Fame, with Christy Hemme, Taryn Terrell and Awesome Kong returning to induct her. The event also featured the official TNA debut of Cody and Brandi Rhodes. Eight matches, one of which was a match taped for ''TNA Xplosion'', took place at the event. Franklin Roberto Lashley (born July 16, 1976) is an American professional wrestler, mixed martial artist and bodybuilder. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand. Christopher Joseph Park (born October 4, 1973) is an American retired professional wrestler, who is signed to WWE as a producer and on-screen personality. He is best known for his time with Impact Wrestling under the ring name Abyss. He became a one-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion. Decay is a professional wrestling stable in Impact Wrestling, consisting of Black Taurus, Crazzy Steve, Rosemary, Havok (who also appears as her split personality, Jessicka) and Taya Valkyrie, who is an associate of the group. The Impact World Championship is a professional wrestling world championship created and promoted by Impact Wrestling. It is the promotion's principal championship. ''Xplosion'' was a professional wrestling television program that was produced by the Impact Wrestling promotion. Launched in 2002, the show featured highlights from Impact's flagship television program, exclusive taped matches, and other content.
