{{Short description, Competition The Boston Motion Picture Awards are a group of international film and screenwriting competitions founded in 2004. The competitions are Internet-based and reward both student and professional filmmakers with money and other prizes donated by sponsors. The BMPAs typically accept entries during the summer and early fall and then send out the ten best entries to a panel of guest judges. ''Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle'' (released in some international markets as ''Harold & Kumar Get the Munchies'') is a 2004 American buddy stoner comedy film directed by Danny Leiner, written by Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, and starring John Cho, Kal Penn, and Neil Patrick Harris. The first installment in the ''Harold & Kumar'' franchise, the film follows Harold Lee (Cho) and Kumar Patel (Penn) on their adventure to a White Castle restaurant after smoking marijuana. Hurwitz and Schlossberg developed ''Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle'' based on experiences and people from when they attended Randolph High School. MSNBC (originally the Microsoft National Broadcasting Company) is an American news-based pay television cable channel. It is owned by NBCUniversala subsidiary of Comcast. Headquartered in New York City, it provides news coverage and political commentary. As of September 2018, approximately 87 million households in the United States (90.7 percent of pay television subscribers) were receiving MSNBC. Cirroc Lofton (, born August 7, 1978) is an American actor and podcaster who started his career at the age of nine with many minor roles. Toddy Elizabeth Walters (born October 24, 1969 in Denver, Colorado) is an actress/singer/songwriter. Career A Denver native, Toddy Walters has been a singer/songwriter/actor/voice actor for the bulk of her life. Walters went to the University of Colorado, where she met Trey Parker, who was casting for his first live action film, ''Cannibal! The Musical,'' released by Troma in 1997. She was cast in the role of Polly Pry. Parker and Walters dated over the course of the film as well as Parker's next film, ''Orgazmo'', released by October Films, a much larger-scale production.
