Borys Filatov
Borys Albertovych Filatov ( uk, Борис Альбертович Філатов; born 7 March 1972, in Dnipropetrovsk) is a Ukraine, Ukrainian politician, journalist, lawyer, businessman, and the current Mayor of Dnipro. In 2014 Ukrainian parliamentary election, 2014 and 2015 he was a member of the Verkhovna Rada, the Ukrainian parliament. Biography On 4 March 2014, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration on internal affairs. In the 2014 Ukrainian parliamentary election Filatov as an independent candidate won a single-member districts located in Dnipropetrovsk with 56.66% of the votes and became thus a member of the Ukrainian parliament (on 27 November 2014). In parliament he joined the inter-fractional group Ukrop. In the 2015 Ukrainian local elections#Dnipropetrovsk, 2015 Ukrainian local elections Filatov was elected Mayor of Dnipropetrovsk (on 15 November 2015) as a UKROP representative.

Proposition (party)
Proposition ( uk, Пропозиція) is a Ukrainian political party founded in 2020 by the mayors of six major cities: Borys Filatov of Dnipro, Andriy Raykovych of Kropyvnytskyi, Oleksiy Kaspruk of Chernivtsi, Oleksandr Senkevych of Mykolaiv, Andriy Dyachenko of Kakhovka, and Serhii Sukhomlyn of Zhytomyr. The party has been nicknamed the "Party of Mayors". History The Proposition party is the successor to the New European Ukraine political party, which was registered in December 2014. The New European Ukraine party did not take part in the 2015 Ukrainian local elections, nor in the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary elections. Ihor Valeriyovych Kolomoyskyi ( uk, Ігор Валерійович Коломойський, translit=Ihor Valereriyovych Kolomoyskyi; he, איגור קולומויסקי; born 13 February 1963) is a Ukrainian-born billionaire, business magnate, and politician. He has been a People's Deputy of Ukraine since the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election elected for the party Servant of the People. He is the deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy. Many political observers consider him to be expressing the interests of an informal group of influence of Ukrainian businessman Ihor Kolomoisky. On 1 February 2021 Dubinsky was expelled from the Servant of the People parliamentary faction after the United States imposed sanctions for alleged interfering in the 2020 United States presidential election.
