Chris Rock
Christopher Julius Rock (born February 7, 1965) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and filmmaker. Known for his work in comic film, television and stage, he has received multiple accolades, including three Grammy Awards for best comedy album and four Primetime Emmy Awards as well as a Golden Globe Award nomination. He was ranked No. 5 on Comedy Central's list of the 100 Greatest Stand-ups of All Time. He also ranked No. 5 on ''Rolling Stone'' 's list of the 50 Best Stand-Up Comics of All Time. Atlantic Recording Corporation (simply known as Atlantic Records) is an American record label founded in October 1947 by Ahmet Ertegun and Herb Abramson. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. Charles Alexander (born April 2, 1958), known professionally as Prince Charles Alexander, is an American record producer and audio engineer. He received a Grammy for Best Contemporary Soul Gospel Album in 2003. Background Alexander was born in Boston and is a graduate of Boston Latin School. He holds an M.S. from Northeastern University and a B.A. from Brandeis University. His project "Prince Charles and the City Beat Band" recorded three albums on Virgin Records from the early to mid-1980s.
