Boris Razinsky
Boris Davidovich Razinsky (russian: Борис Давидович Разинский; 12 July 1933 — 6 August 2012) was a Soviet Russian Olympic champion football player and manager. Personal life Razinsky was born in Lyubertsy, Russia, and died in Moscow. He was Jewish. In 2009, Razinsky attended the 2009 Maccabiah Games to watch his grandson participate in the under-18 football competition. Razinsky's visit was marred by a brawl between the Russian and Argentine sides and both squads were told not to return for the 2013 Maccabiah Games. Football career Razinsky played both as a goalkeeper and as a striker (usually keeping one specific position while playing at the same club). He played in goal for the national team as a backup to Lev Yashin. His club from 1954 to 1961 was CSKA Moskva, with whom he earned three bronzes at the Soviet championships in 1955, 1956, and 1958, and the Soviet Cup in 1955. FC Metallurg Lipetsk (russian: Футбольный клуб «Металлург» Липецк) is an association football club in Lipetsk, Russia, formed in 1957. Their home, Metallurg Stadium, is located on Pervomayskaya Street, 59, in Lipetsk. History Their best result came in 1997 when they came 2nd in the Russian First Division. Coach Stanislav Bernikov of Metallurg was attacked by fans after a defeat on 25 September 2006 on his players, they shot at the coach and team with rubber bullets. 1956 Summer Olympics
The 1956 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XVI Olympiad, were an international multi-sport event held in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, from 22 November to 8 December 1956, with the exception of the equestrian events, which were held in Stockholm, Sweden, in June 1956. FC Khimki (russian: ФК Химки) is a Russian professional football club based in Khimki. The club returned to the Russian Premier League in the 2020–21 season. History The team was formed in 1996 by merging two amateur clubs from Khimki, Rodina, and Novator. Khimki entered the amateur league and played their first official match on 17 May 1997. Of more than 150 amateur teams in the competition, only the champions would be promoted to the Third League. FC Chernomorets Novorossiysk (russian: ФК "Черноморец" Новороссийск) is the oldest Russian association football club based in Novorossiysk. It plays in the third-tier FNL 2. USSR National Football Team
The Soviet Union national football team ( rus, сбо́рная СССР по футбо́лу, r=sbórnaya SSSR po futbólu) was the national football team of the former Soviet Union. After the breakup of the Union the team was transformed into the CIS national football team. FIFA considers the CIS national football team (and ultimately, the Russia national football team) as the Soviet successor team allocating its former records to them (except for the Olympic records which are not combined due to the IOC policy); nevertheless, a large percentage of the team's former players came from outside the Russian SFSR, mainly from the Ukrainian SSR, and following the breakup of the Soviet Union, some such as Andrei Kanchelskis from the former Ukrainian SSR, continued to play in the new Russia national football team.
