Robert Ellis Orrall
Robert Ellis Orrall (born May 4, 1955) is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. Signed to RCA Records in 1980, Orrall debuted that year with the album "Fixation". His first Top 40 single was "I Couldn't Say No", a duet with Carlene Carter. By 1990, Orrall had found success as a songwriter, having penned Number One singles for Shenandoah and Clay Walker. He returned to RCA in 1991 and charted the singles "Boom! It Was Over" (#19) and "A Little Bit of Her Love" (#31), from his first country music album, '' Flying Colors''. Orrall then joined frequent songwriting partner Curtis Wright in the CMA-nominated duo Orrall & Wright, recording one more album and charting two singles. They split up in 1994, however, and Orrall returned to his solo career, writing singles for Reba McEntire, Taylor Swift, and Lindsay Lohan, as well as producing records for Swift, Be Your Own Pet, and Love and Theft. ''Flying Colors'' is a studio album, released in 1992, by American country music artist Robert Ellis Orrall. Although it was his fourth studio album overall, it was his first and only solo album of mainstream country music, as opposed to his more rock-oriented albums in the 1980s. The tracks "Boom! It Was Over", "A Little Bit of Her Love" and "Every Day When I Get Home" were released as singles. Although Orrall never recorded a solo album after ''Flying Colors'', he would later team up with Curtis Wright to record one album as the duo Orrall & Wright. In addition, Orrall has recorded several albums of indie rock as a member of the band Monkey Bowl. Bill Lloyd (country Musician)
John William Lloyd (born December 6, 1955), known professionally as Bill Lloyd, is an American country music singer-songwriter. From 1987 to 1991, he was one-half of the duo Foster & Lloyd, and a member of The Sky Kings from then until 1997. Foster & Lloyd John William Lloyd was born in Fort Hood, Texas. Due to his father being a member of the military, he moved across the United States frequently as a child. By the early 1980s, Lloyd was living in Tennessee and briefly attended Western Kentucky University before dropping out to pursue a career in music. In 1987, Lloyd joined Radney Foster to form the country duo Foster & Lloyd. They recorded for RCA Records Nashville from then until 1987, charting nine singles on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs charts. Josh Leo (born 1953 in Des Moines, Iowa) is an American guitarist, songwriter, and record producer active in Nashville, Tennessee. Leo was born in Des Moines, Iowa, but was raised in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1976, he moved to Chicago, Illinois and subsequently became a guitarist of the short-lived Eddie Boy Band. The band then traveled to Los Angeles, California two years later, where they recorded an album for MCA Records (which was the first record Leo had made). The Eddie Boy Band, however, was unsatisfied with the sound quality of the album, and they disbanded shortly afterward. In 1979, four years after the Eddie Boy Band broke up, Leo began touring with J. D. Souther as a guitarist. And over the next few years, he would record and tour with the likes of Kim Carnes, Jimmy Buffett and Glenn Frey. During this time, Leo also began a songwriting career.
