''Book of Lies'' is the second studio album by Australian pop rock band End of Fashion. It was released on 27 September 2008 on EMI Music Australia. It was recorded in Perth, Western Australia, co-produced by Magoo (Midnight Oil, Powderfinger, Regurgitator) and Andy Lawson (Little Birdy), mixed by Tim Palmer ( U2, The Cure, Robert Plant) in Los Angeles and mastered by Stephen Marcussen (R.E.M., Rolling Stones, Stevie Nicks, Tom Petty). End Of Fashion
End of Fashion are an Australian pop rock band from Perth, Western Australia. The group gained mainstream attention with its 2005 single, " O Yeah", that was voted into eighth position of the "Hottest 100" poll, compiled by Australian youth radio station, Triple J. The group has released three studio albums. In January 2014, the band took a hiatus before reforming for their first show on 22 September 2018 at the Indian Ocean Hotel in Scarborough. Little Birdy were an Australian alternative rock band formed in Perth, Western Australia, in 2002 by singer and guitarist Katy Steele, drummer Matt Chequer, guitarist and keyboardist Simon Leach, and bass guitarist Scott O'Donoghue. They gained public attention when their single "Relapse" gained popularity on alternative radio stations such as Triple J, leading them to be signed by the record label Eleven: A Music Company. The Presets are an Australian electronic music duo of Julian Hamilton (vocals, keyboards) and Kim Moyes (drums, keyboards). Julian Thomas Hamilton (born September 1976) is an Australian singer-songwriter and keyboardist, who, with bandmate Kim Moyes, formed the electronica duo, The Presets in 2003. They have issued four studio albums, '' Beams'' (September 2005), '' Apocalypso'' (April 2008), '' Pacifica'' (September 2012), and '' Hi Viz'' (June 2018). ''Wolf Creek'' is a 2005 Australian horror film written, co-produced and directed by Greg McLean and starring John Jarratt, Nathan Phillips, Cassandra Magrath and Kestie Morassi. "God Told Me To" is the first single from Australian songwriter Paul Kelly's album ''Stolen Apples''. The song deals with a fictional character called John Johanna, on trial for murder. To explain his actions, John defends himself by saying that God told him to do this. The song features biblical imagery.
