Bonifacio Mencias
Bonifacio Lopez Mencias (14 May 1888 – c. January 1944) was a Filipino physician, epidemiologist, guerrilla sympathizer, and martyr. He is best known for providing aid to the Philippine guerrillas in his capacity as Dean of the UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgeryhttp://medicine.ust.edu.ph/about-ustfms/ , List of Deans, UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines – an act which led his capture and presumed death at the hands of the occupying forces just before the liberation of Manila. Villasis, Pangasinan
Villasis, officially the Municipality of Villasis ( pag, Baley na Villasis; ilo, Ili ti Villasis; tgl, Bayan ng Villasis), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 65,047 people. Villasis is a farming town situated along the Agno River. On its borders are the towns of Malasiqui (on the west), Urdaneta City (on the north), Asingan (on the east), and Rosales and Santo Tomas (on the south). San Juan, officially the City of San Juan ( fil, Lungsod ng San Juan), is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines.
