Bombones
Spanish pop band formed by Juan Azagra (Juano) vocals and guitar, Francisco Barroso (Francis) guitar, Isidro Lucuix bass, Carlos Moreno keyboard and synthesizers and Miguel Ángel Campos (Goyo) drums. History Bombones was born in Seville, (Spain), in early 2000s, where due to the love of the music that characterize both Juano and Goyo (working in a record store), they decided to join with Francis and Eduardo "Pollito" (former bass player) to play unusual power-pop covers, like Matthew Sweet, Velvet Crush or Redd Kross. Gradually, the own compositions began to take prominence in their set list. This concluded with the recording of a demo in 2002 at the Central Studio in Seville. The title that labels this first work was “Mary Jane EP”. Five songs and one re-mix were included. “Mary Jane”, the one that it would become first single of the band, it was one of the themes you could find in the EP. "It's Alright" is a single by Echo & the Bunnymen which was released on 23 April 2001 on the Cooking Vinyl record label. It was the first single to be released from the 2001 album ''Flowers''. It reached number 41 on the UK Singles Chart. Overview The single was released as a 7-inch single and as two separate CD versions – apart from the title track, all three releases had different track listings and each with a different cover. The covers of the three different versions, like their parent album ''Flowers'', are pictures taken from the book ''Wisconsin Death Trip''. Written and produced by Will Sergeant and Ian McCulloch, the title track also had additional production, engineering and mixing by Pete Coleman. The version of "Rescue" on CD No. 1 was mixed by Joe McKechnie. Critical reception The song has received mixed reviews. Redd Kross
Redd Kross is an American rock band from Hawthorne, California, who had their roots in 1978 in a punk rock band called the Tourists, which was started by brothers Jeff and Steve McDonald while Steve was still in middle school. With the addition of friends Greg Hetson and John Stielow on drums, the band's first gig was opening for Black Flag. The band has since released seven albums and three EPs. Career Red Cross In April 1979, the band had their first practice in the living room of original drummer, John Stielow's parent's living room. The first song they played was 'Annette's Got the Hits'. Other songs such as 'Cover Band', 'S&M Party' and 'I Hate My School' were also played that same first practice. The Smiths
The Smiths were an English rock band formed in Manchester in 1982. They comprised the singer Morrissey, the guitarist Johnny Marr, the bassist Andy Rourke and the drummer Mike Joyce. Fountains of Wayne was an American rock band that formed in New York City in 1995. The band included founding members Chris Collingwood, Adam Schlesinger, Jody Porter, and Brian Young. Guitar
The guitar is a fretted musical instrument that typically has six strings.
