Bóly District
Bóly ( hu, Bólyi járás) is a district in central-eastern part of Baranya County. ''Bóly'' is also the name of the town where the district seat is found. The district is located in the Southern Transdanubia Statistical Region. Geography Bóly District borders with Pécsvárad District to the north, Mohács District to the east, Siklós District to the southwest, Pécs District to the northwest. The number of the inhabited places in Bóly District is 16. Municipalities The district has 1 town and 15 villages. (ordered by population, as of 1 January 2012) The bolded municipality is city. Bóly
Bóly (german: Bohl; hr, Boja) is a town in Baranya County, Hungary. Until the end of World War II, the Inhabitants was Danube Swabians, also called locally as ''Stifolder'', because there Ancestors once came at the 17th century and 18th century from Fulda (district). Mostly of the former German Settlers was expelled to Allied-occupied Germany and Allied-occupied Austria in 1945–1948, about the Potsdam Agreement. Only a few Germans of Hungary live there, the majority today are the descendants of Hungarians from the Czechoslovak–Hungarian population exchange. They got the houses of the former Danube Swabians Inhabitants. Richard Boly
Richard Boly is a former career U.S. diplomat and former Director of the Office of eDiplomacy, an applied technology think tank for the U.S. Department of State. Previously, he was a National Security Affairs Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, where he launched the Global Entrepreneurship Program. Representing the U.S. Department of State, he served in the U.S. Embassy, Rome, where he developed and ran a program to promote entrepreneurship in Italy. Richard Boly has also worked at U.S. Embassies in the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Paraguay. While working as the Embassy's economic and commercial attaché in Asuncion, he leveraged modest program funds to sponsor a seminar for local judges and prosecutors to demonstrate how Paraguayan copyright law could be applied to software piracy. Willy-Arnaud Zobo Boly (born 3 February 1991) is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Premier League club Nottingham Forest. Born in France, he represents the Ivory Coast national team. Club career Auxerre Born in Melun, Seine-et-Marne, Boly played youth football for three clubs, also having a three-year spell at the INF Clairefontaine academy. Yéro Boly (born 31 December 1954) is a Burkinabé politician and diplomat. He served in the government of Burkina Faso as Minister of Territorial Administration and Security from 1995 to 2000 and was Director of the Cabinet of the President from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, he was Minister of Defense to 2004 to 2011 and Ambassador to Morocco from 2012 to 2015. Early life Boly was born in Komki-Ipala, located in Kadiogo Province.
