Boldklubben 1903 or B 1903 is a association football, football club founded on 2 June 1903, located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Seven times winner of the Danish Superliga, Danish championship (introduced 1913) in Danish 1st Division 1919-20, 1920, Danish 1st Division 1923-24, 1924, Danish 1st Division 1925-26, 1926, Danish 1st Division 1937-38, 1938, Danish 1st Division 1969, 1969, Danish 1st Division 1970, 1970 and Danish 1st Division 1976, 1976 and twice winner of the Danish Cup (introduced 1955) in 1979 and 1986. Best international result: Quarter final in the 1991–92 UEFA Cup after eliminating Aberdeen F.C., FC Bayern Munich, Bayern Munich (6–2 and 0–1) and Trabzonspor. In 1992 the club was merged with Kjøbenhavns Boldklub (KB) to form the current club F.C. Copenhagen to which Boldklubben 1903 transferred its license to play in the Danish league. As a note, F.C. Gentofte Sportspark
Gentofte Sportspark (formerly Gentofte Stadion) is a multi-purpose stadium in Gentofte near Copenhagen, Denmark. The stadium holds 15,000 people. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Hellerup IK. Other sports clubs based in the sports park include the ice hockey team Gentofte Stars and the badminton club Gentofte BK. The stadium has also been used for concerts. The 1st Division (''1. Division'') is the second-highest football league in Denmark, also known as NordicBet Liga for sponsorship reasons. From 1945 to 1991 the 1. Kjøbenhavns Boldklub or KB is a Danish sports club based in Copenhagen. The club was founded 26 April 1876 on the grassy fields in outer Copenhagen which later became Fælledparken. Trabzonspor Kulübü is a Turkish sports club located in the city of Trabzon. Formed in 1967 through a merger of several local clubs, the men's football team has won seven Süper Lig championships. Trabzonspor also have a women's football team, and used to have a men's basketball team. Trabzonspor are one of the most decorated clubs in Turkey. They have won seven Süper Lig titles and were the first non Istanbul-based club to win the league. They also have won nine Federation Cup (Turkish Cup) titles. 1991–92 UEFA Cup
The 1991–92 UEFA Cup was the 21st season of Europe's then-tertiary club football tournament organised by UEFA. It was won by Dutch club Ajax on away goals over Torino of Italy. The victory made Ajax only the second team – after Torino's city rivals Juventus – to have won all three major European trophies ( European Cup/UEFA Champions League, UEFA Cup/UEFA Europa League, and the Cup Winners' Cup). Although this was the second season since the ban on English clubs in European competitions was lifted, only one English club was entered into the 1991–92 UEFA Cup. Danish Cup
The Danish Cup ( da, Landspokalturneringen; often referred to as Pokalen) is the official "knockout" cup competition in Danish football, run by the Danish Football Association. The cup has been contested annually since 1955. The winner will qualify for the UEFA Europa League tournament the following year, where they (as of the 2009–10 season) will enter in the third qualifying round. The latest edition, 2017-18 Danish Cup, was won by Superliga-side Brøndby, beating Superliga-side Silkeborg 3–1 on 10 May 2018 at Parken Stadium, thereby winning their first domestic trophy since 2008. Denmark Series
The Denmark Series ( da, Danmarksserien) is the fifth tier in the Danish football league system. Teams are divided into four groups of ten. The top team in each group is promoted to the Danish 3rd Division. The bottom three teams in each group are relegated to the regional Copenhagen Series, Zealand Series, Lolland-Falster Series, Funen Series, or Jutland Series as is appropriate for each club geographically. Clubs in the Denmark Series are participants in the Danish Cup tournament. The reserve teams of top-flight Danish Superliga and second-tier Danish 1st Division clubs are allowed to play in the Denmark Series, but 1st Division reserve teams cannot win promotion, as they must stay at least two leagues below their first team squads.
