Bolder Media (also known as Bolder Media for Boys and Girls or Bolder Media, Inc.) was an American production company that was a joint venture between Frederator Studios and Mixed Media Group. Founded in 2002 by television producers Susan Miller and Fred Seibert for the development of books, television series, and movies for children, it produced Bob Boyle's animated preschool series ''Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! ''Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!'' is an American children's educational Flash animated television series created by Bob Boyle. Robert Boyle II (born May 18, 1971) is an American animator, producer, writer, storyboard artist, and director. He is the creator and executive producer of shows ''Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!'' (Nickelodeon) and ''Yin Yang Yo!'' (Jetix/Toon Disney, now Disney XD). He worked on the Nickelodeon shows ''Oh Yeah! Cartoons'', ''The Fairly OddParents'' and ''Danny Phantom''. Frederator Studios is an American animation television production studio which is a division of Frederator Networks, Inc. It was founded by Fred Seibert in 1997 with its first series launching in 1998. (Seibert resigned from Frederator in August 2020 after 22 years and on February 23, 2021 announced a new cartoon production company, FredFilms.) ''Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!'' is an American children's educational Flash animated television series created by Bob Boyle. The series was produced by Bolder Media (a joint venture of Frederator Studios and the Mixed Media Group) and Starz Media in association with Film Roman, and it was animated by Bardel Entertainment using both Toon Boom and Adobe Flash software. Boyle submitted his original concept as a book to Frederator Studios, the lead creative partner in Bolder Media. After more than 6000 children's book concepts were reviewed, his submission was selected for development into an animated series for preschoolers.
