Bojan Subotić
Bojan Subotić (Serbian Cyrillic: Бојан Суботић, born December 17, 1990) is a Serbian-Montenegrin professional basketball player for FMP of the Serbian Basketball League of Serbia League. Bojan trained at KK Tivat and FMP youth teams. With FMP he won Nike International Junior Tournament. He began his pro career with Radnički Basket and FMP. He then played two seasons with Crvena zvezda. In July 2013, Subotić signed with Budućnost Podgorica. During the 2019–20 season, he averaged 8.2 points and 3.9 rebounds per game for Telekom Baskets Bonn. He parted ways with the team on June 23, 2020. Telekom Baskets Bonn, also known as Baskets Bonn, is a German professional basketball club that is based in Bonn, Germany. The club plays in the Basketball Bundesliga, which is the highest level pro basketball league in Germany. The 2016–17 Prva A Liga, known as Erste košarkaške lige by sponsorship reasons, is the 11th season of the Montenegrin Basketball League, the top tier basketball league on Montenegro. KK Budućnost, Budućnost VOLI is the defending champion. Competition format Nine of the eleven teams that play the league join the regular season and play a three-round robin competition where the six first qualified teams join the playoffs with the two 2016–17 ABA League teams (KK Budućnost, Budućnost Voli and KK Mornar, Mornar). The Euroleague Basketball Next Generation Tournament is an international boy's youth age basketball tournament that is contested between the best basketball clubs in Europe in the Under-18 age category. The tournament is organized by Euroleague Basketball, and is sponsored by Adidas. The tournament's Final Four takes place during the senior men's EuroLeague Final Four event. The Serbian Cyrillic alphabet ( sr, / , ) is a variation of the Cyrillic script used to write the Serbian language, updated in 1818 by Serbian linguist Vuk Karadžić. It is one of the two alphabets used to write standard modern Serbian, the other being Gaj's Latin alphabet. FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship
The FIBA U16 European Championship, previously known as the FIBA Europe Championship for Cadets, is a youth basketball competition that was inaugurated with the 1971 edition. Through the 2003 edition, it was held every second year, but since the 2004 edition onward, it is held every year. The Montenegrin Basketball Cup is an annual cup competition for Montenegrin basketball teams held since 2007. History Montenegrin clubs in Yugoslav Cup Before the Montenegrin independence in 2006, clubs from Montenegro played in national Cup of Yugoslavia. Most successful was KK Budućnost with three trophies won. First time, Budućnost won the trophy at final-four 1996 in Nikšić, defeating KK Partizan (126–115) in the final.
