Nenad Čanak
Nenad Čanak ( sr-Cyrl, Ненад Чанак, ; born 2 November 1959) is a Serbian politician. He is the co-founder and former leader of the centre-left League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina. He was the President of the Assembly of Vojvodina from 2000 to 2004, and until 2020 he was a member of the National Assembly of Serbia. Early and personal life Čanak was born in Pančevo, in the autonomous province of Vojvodina, PR Serbia, FPR Yugoslavia (now Serbia). His paternal ancestors were colonists from Zrmanja, Gračac in Lika (in modern Croatia). He was raised in a family of teachers, and went to the general and musical high school (flute) in Novi Sad, graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Economics at Subotica and after that specialized in marketing and computer networks at the Executive Training Center in Brdo pri Kranju in 1989. Sándor Egeresi (; sr, Шандор Егереши, Šandor Egereši; 25 June 1964 – 5 September 2021) was an ethnic Hungarian politician from Serbia. Biography Egeresi was born in Bačka Topola, SAP Vojvodina, SFR Yugoslavia. He finished elementary and secondary school in Bačka Topola after which he graduated from the School of Law. During the early 1990s, he was an active participant and organizer of peace movements in Vojvodina (peace concert in Bačka Topola, organization of anti-war petition, parliamentary activities). Zrenjanin ( sr-Cyrl, Зрењанин, ; hu, Nagybecskerek; ro, Becicherecu Mare; sk, Zreňanin; german: Großbetschkerek) is a List of cities in Serbia, city and the administrative center of the Central Banat District in the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Serbia. The city urban area has a population of 76,511 inhabitants, while the city administrative area has 123,362 inhabitants (2011 census data). The old name for Zrenjanin is Veliki Bečkerek or ''Nagybecskerek'' as it was known under Austria-Hungary up until 1918. Zrenjanin is the largest city in the Serbian part of the Banat geographical region, and the third largest city in Vojvodina (after Novi Sad and Subotica). The League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina ( sr-cyrl, Лига социјалдемократа Војводине, Liga socijaldemokrata Vojvodine, LSV) is an autonomist political party in Serbia.
