Boerne High School
Boerne High School is a public high school located in the hill country just 30 miles northwest of San Antonio in Boerne, Texas, USA. The high school used to be the only high school in Boerne which now has a second high school, Boerne Samuel V. Champion High School. The "original" Boerne High School currently serves as Boerne Middle School North. General information The school serves Kendall County and the surrounding areas of IH-10 such as, Cordillera Ranch, Bergheim and Sisterdale. Since the opening of Boerne Samuel V. Champion High School, all students living north of HW-46 attend BHS, while all students living south of HW-46 attend CHS. Boerne is known for its academics and athletics. Quinten Michael Dormady (born February 19, 1996) is an American football quarterback for the Orlando Guardians of the XFL. He played college football for Tennessee before a season-ending injury in 2017 caused him to transfer to Houston. He then played at Central Michigan. Bergheim, Texas
Bergheim is an unincorporated community in eastern Kendall County, Texas, United States known for its German-Texan culture and heritage. It lies along State Highway 46 east of the city of Boerne, the county seat of Kendall County. Its elevation is 1,437 feet (438 m). Although Bergheim is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 78004; the ZCTA for ZIP Code 78004, consisting mostly of rural land, had a population of 1,183 at the 2010 census. The community is part of the San Antonio metropolitan statistical area. Bergheim is still a predominantly a ranching and agricultural community. Boerne ( ) is a city in and the county seat of Kendall County, Texas, in the Texas Hill Country. Boerne is known for its German-Texan history, named in honor of German author and satirist Ludwig Börne by the German Founders of the town.
