Agnes Body
Agnes Body (29 April 1866 – 31 March 1952) was a British headmistress. She was the founding head of Lincoln Christ's Hospital Girls' High School and Queen Margaret's School, then in Scarborough. Life Body was born in Sedgley in 1866 where her father was the curate. She was one of the seven children of Louisa Jane and George Body. In 1883 she was living in Durham with her family until in 1886 she went to Cheltenham Ladies College to train to become a teacher. She passed her exams and turned down an offer from Alice Ottley School to return to Cheltenham Ladies College to work under Dorothea Beale who convinced her that teaching was a "sacred mission". In September 1893 Lincoln Christ's Hospital Girls' High School was started with Agnes Body as its headmistress. George Body
George Body (1840–1911) was an English canon of Durham. Early life and education Body, born at Cheriton Fitzpaine, Devonshire, on 7 January 1840, was son of Josiah Body, surgeon, by his wife Mary Snell. He was educated at Blundell's School, Tiverton, from 1849 to 1857, and subsequently entered St. Augustine's Missionary College, Canterbury. But his intention of undertaking missionary work abroad had to be abandoned owing to ill-health. In 1859 he matriculated from St John's College, Cambridge University, and graduated B.A. in 1862, proceeding M.A. in 1876. Subsequently, he received from Durham University the degree of M.A. ''ad eundem'' (1884) and that of hon. D.D. (1885). Jennifer Mary Body is a British aerospace engineer, the former President of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Early life and education Body, whose father was an aerospace engineer, was the only girl in her physics class at high school in Bristol. in 1971 she became an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering apprentice with British Aerospace. She studied at Imperial College London. Career Working in the avionics group at British Aerospace, Body created the software for the fly-by-wire aircraft. Marion Body
Marion Body (born c. 1960) is a retired American football cornerback. He played for the University of Michigan from 1979 to 1982 and in the USFL for the Michigan Panthers in 1983. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Body attended Kettering High School. He enrolled at the University of Michigan and played football under head coach Bo Schembechler from 1979 to 1982. In four years playing football for the Michigan Wolverines, Body was credited with 117 tackles and 7 interceptions. He had two interceptions in Michigan's 1980 game against Notre Dame. Patrick Body
Patrick Body (born January 17, 1982) was a former professional gridiron football cornerback and safety free agent. He was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Toledo. Body was also a member of the Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He has one son, Patrick Body Jr who attends Gateway High School.
