László Bodnár
László Bodnár (; born 25 February 1979) is a Hungarian former professional Association football, football who played as a right back for clubs in Hungary, Ukraine, the Netherlands and Austria. He made 45 appearances for the Hungary national football team, Hungary national team. Personal life Bodnár was born in Mátészalka. On 28 August 2009, he caused a fatal road accident which killing a cyclist. He was found guilty for speeding and was given a one-year prison sentence which was suspended for a one-year probation. András Bodnár
András Bodnár (born April 9, 1942) is a former Hungarian water polo player and freestyle swimmer who competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics, 1964 Summer Olympics, 1968 Summer Olympics and 1972 Summer Olympics. He is one of eight male athletes who won four or more Olympic medals in water polo. Bodnár was born in Ungvár, Kingdom of Hungary. He was part of the Hungarian water polo team which won the bronze medal in the 1960 tournament. He played one match and scored one goal. He also participated in the 1500 metre freestyle competition but was eliminated in the first round. Four years later he was a member of the Hungarian team which won the gold medal in the 1964 Olympic tournament. He played five matches and scored two goals. Sándor Bodnár
Sándor Bodnár (20 September 1890 – 6 November 1955) was a Hungarian association football player who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics. He was a member of the Football at the 1912 Summer Olympics - Men's team squads#Hungary, Hungarian Olympic squad and played one match in the Football at the 1912 Summer Olympics - Matches, main tournament as well as two matches in the Football at the 1912 Summer Olympics - Consolation tournament, consolation tournament. In the consolation tournament he scored one goal, but in the match when Hungary played against England he missed a penalty at 0:0. He later stated that he didn't see a spike that a fieldworker left on the penalty spot. When he kicked the ball, he touched this spike. His clubs in Hungary were the NSC (Nemzeti SC) and MAC (Magyar AC). He played 20 times on the national team and scored 18 goals (1910–1916). Gizella Bodnár (18 October 1926 – 6 February 2019) known as ''Repülős Gizi'' (“Airplane Gizi”) was a Hungarian burglar, who became known in the early 1950s. According to the media, she was infamous for using the then-frequent domestic flights to travel to different cities, break into houses there, then fly home, avoiding suspicion, since police would not suspect someone living that far away from the crime scene. Adam Piotr Bodnar (born 6 January 1977) is a Polish lawyer, educator, and human rights activist. He was the Polish Ombudsman for Citizen Rights from 2015 until July 2021. Leslie M. Bodnar (1916–2014) was a sports medicine practitioner and former physician for the Notre Dame football team. Early life Bodnar was born in the far south side of Chicago. He was the son of Hungarian immigrants. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in 1939 and his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1941 and went on to pursue his medical internship and surgical orthopedic residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. He served as an orthopedic surgeon in the United States Army during World War II (from 1943 – 1946) before returning to finish his orthopedic residency in New Orleans.
