Bodin Isara
Bodin Isara (born 12 December 1990) is badminton player and Rattana Bundit University's student from Thailand. He competed for Thailand at the 2012 Summer Olympics with Maneepong Jongjit but was defeated in the quarterfinals by Malaysia's Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong. In 2013, Isara switched from competing for the national squad to competing for the Granular Club, an independent badminton club in Thailand. Currently his partner is Nipitphon Phuangphuapet. On 21 July 2013, Isara was suspended for two years for his role in a brawl with former teammate Maneepong Jongjit during the men's doubles final at the 2013 Canada Open Grand Prix. Tan Boon Heong
Tan Boon Heong (, born 18 September 1987) is a former World No.1 Malaysian professional badminton player in the men's doubles event. Career 2004-2006 Tan was previously paired with Hoon Thien How, with whom he won the World Junior Championships in 2004 and a silver medal at the 2006 Asian Badminton Championships. 2006 Nearing the Doha Asian Games in 2006, Rexy Mainaky (the Malaysian doubles coach) decided to split them up and partner Tan Boon Heong with Koo Kien Keat instead. Koo Kien Keat
Koo Kien Keat (; born 18 September 1985) is a Malaysian former professional badminton player. He succeeded in both men's and mixed doubles but is best known for his partnership with Tan Boon Heong with whom, he reached a career high ranking of world number 1. Career In 2004, he played in the Thomas Cup with Chew Choon Eng. They gave a strong performance during the second doubles match against Flandy Limpele and Eng Hian of Indonesia in the quarter finals. However, after the tournament, the Badminton Association of Malaysia decided to partner him with Chan Chong Ming who previously partnered Choon Eng. Later, they won the bronze medal at the 2005 World Championships. In 2006, Koo's coach, Rexy Mainaky, decided to paired him with the hard-hitting left-hander Tan Boon Heong. Maneepong Jongjit ( th, มณีพงศ์ จงจิตร, ; born 21 March 1991) is a Thai badminton player. He studies at Ratna Bundit University. Career Maneepong Jongjit began to attract attention when he competed as a junior with Bodin Isara in men's doubles. Together they made the transition to doubles as senior competitors. Their top result came at the 2012 India Super Series, 2012 India Open where they defeated Ko Sung-hyun and Yoo Yeon-seong in the final. Jongjit and Isara competed together at the Badminton at the 2012 Summer Olympics, London 2012 Olympics, where they lost in the quarter final. The badminton tournaments at the 2012 Olympic Games in London took place between 28 July and 5 August at Wembley Arena. A total of 172 athletes competed in five events: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles. The women's doubles tournament was marred by several disqualifications during the group stage for unethical play. All of the gold medals were won by players from China.
