Andrey Bocharov
Andrey Ivanovich Bocharov (russian: Андрей Иванович Бочаров; born 14 October 1969) is a Russian politician and former military officer who currently serves as the Governor of Volgograd Oblast. He served as a deputy in the State Duma of the Russian Federation for the fifth and sixth convocations from 2007 to 2012 and as Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Oblast from 2005 to 2007. He was awarded the title of the Hero of the Russian Federation in 1996. Career Andrey Bocharov was born in Barnaul on 14 October 1969. As a child, he moved to the Starodubsky District of the Bryansk Oblast with his family. Dmitry Bocharov (russian: Дмитрий Бочаров; born October 20, 1982) is a Russian chess grandmaster. In 2003 he tied for first with Vladimir Burmakin, Eduardas Rozentalis, Philipp Schlosser, Alexander Areshchenko, Jakov Geller and Evgeny Miroshnichenko in the Cappelle-la-Grande Open, finishing sixth on tiebreak. In 2004, Bocharov took clear first place at the Masters tournament of the 14th Abu Dhabi Chess Festival. Nina Bocharova
Nina Antonovna Bocharova ( uk, Ніна Антонівна Бочарова, September 24, 1924 – August 31, 2020) was a Soviet/Ukrainian gymnast, who won four medals at the 1952 Summer Olympics. She was born in Suprunivka, Poltava Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union. Career Bocharova competed for ''Budivelnyk, Kyiv (Stroitel, Kiev)'', debuting at the Nationals in 1948, where she placed fourth on the uneven bars and balance beam. These two were her best events throughout the career. She won the all-around titles at the USSR Championships in 1949 and 1951, with Maria Gorokhovskaya being her main rival. In 1952 Bocharova competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics, the first official Olympics for Soviet athletes participation. Petko Bocharov (19 February 1919 – 2 March 2016) was a Bulgarian journalist and translator. He became the oldest active journalist in the world before his death and is a well-known figure in Bulgarian culture. Biography Bocharov was born on 19 February 1919 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He graduated from the American College of Sofia and then went on to read law in Sofia University. Bocharov was an agent for the Committee for State Security in Bulgaria from 1946 to 1982. Mikhail Vasilyevich Bocharov (russian: link=no, Михаил Васильевич Бочаров, 2 November 187229 April 1936) was a Russian opera singer. Vocally speaking, he is best described as a baritone. Tatyana Bocharova-Konichsheva (born 22 April 1983) is a Kazakhstani long and triple jumper. She finished sixth at the 2002 World Junior Championships and won the bronze medal at the 2002 Asian Games.
