Bobby Shou Wood (born November 15, 1992) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a striker for Major League Soccer club New England Revolution. Youth and early career Wood was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to a mother with partial Japanese ancestry and a father with African American ancestry. He began his youth career in 1999 with Powder Edge SC, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. He moved to California in 2005 to play with the Irvine Strikers. United States Men's National Soccer Team
The United States men's national soccer team (USMNT) represents the United States in men's international soccer competitions. The team is controlled by the United States Soccer Federation and is a member of FIFA and CONCACAF. Hallescher FC, sometimes still called by its former popular name Chemie Halle, is a German association football club based in Halle an der Saale, Saxony-Anhalt. The club currently plays in the 3. Liga, the third highest level in the German football league system. For many years, Halle had been in East Germany's highest league, the DDR-Oberliga, up-until the German reunification. The DFB-Pokal ( is a German knockout football cup competition held annually by the German Football Association (DFB). Sixty-four teams participate in the competition, including all clubs from the Bundesliga and the 2. Bundesliga. It is considered the second-most important club title in German football after the Bundesliga championship. Taking place from August until May, the winner qualifies for the DFL-Supercup and the UEFA Europa League unless the winner already qualifies for the UEFA Champions League in the Bundesliga. Markus Gisdol (born 17 August 1969) is a German football manager and former player. Managerial career Gisdol had coaching stints at Sonnenhof Großaspach, Ulm 1846, and 1899 Hoffenheim II. He was the assistant manager at Schalke 04. On 2 April 2013, Gisdol replaced Marco Kurz at 1899 Hoffenheim. Gisdol's first match as a manager was a 3–0 win against Fortuna Düsseldorf and he went on to save them from relegation, leading to his full appointment as Hoffenheim's head coach.
