Dead Celebrity Status is a Canadian rap rock group originating in Sudbury, Ontario. Rappers Yas Taalat and Bobby McIntosh, both former members of the nu metal band Project Wyze, teamed up with onetime DMC World Champion DJ Dopey to form Dead Celebrity Status in 2003.PunkTV.ca History Following the breakup of Project Wyze, Taalat and McIntosh began writing and recording new material under a new label, Bodog Music. David Michael Navarro (born June 7, 1967) is an American guitarist. He is best known as a member of the rock band Jane's Addiction, with whom he has recorded four studio albums. Between 1993 and 1998, Navarro was the guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, recording one studio album, ''One Hot Minute'' (1995), before departing. He has also released one solo album, '' Trust No One'' (2001). Navarro has also been a member of Jane's Addiction-related bands Deconstruction and the Panic Channel. Warped Tour
The Warped Tour was a traveling rock tour that toured the United States plus three or four stops in Canada annually each summer from 1995 until 2019. It was the largest traveling music festival in the United States and the longest-running touring music festival to date in North America.
