''Bobby'' is a 2002 Indian Telugu-language romance film written and directed by Sobhan and produced by K. Krishna Mohan Rao. The movie stars Mahesh Babu, Aarthi Agarwal, Raghuvaran, and Prakash Raj while Brahmanandam, Sunil, Pragathi, Ravi Babu, and Meher Ramesh play supporting roles. The soundtrack of the movie was scored by Mani Sharma, the cinematography was done by Venkat R. Prasad, and editing was handled by S. Sudhakar Reddy. The film released on 31 October 2002. Plot Yadagiri (Prakash Raj) is a disabled mafia leader in Hyderabad, and KR (Raghuvaran) is a rich businessman. Bhagyamati (Aarthi Agarwal) is Yadagiri's daughter, and Bobby (Mahesh Babu) is KR's son. The story of this film deals with what happens when these two people fall in love with each other. Sobhan
Sobhan (1968 – 6 January 2008) was an Indian film director and screenwriter who has worked in Telugu films. He was best known for his work in the film '' Varsham'' (2004). Career Sobhan went to Chennai in 1989 to join the film industry. He initially worked for a film called ''Rowdyism'', which was stalled after 10 days of shooting. He then joined Tripuraneni Varaprasad alias Chitti Babu as co director for Raithu Bharatham, He then joined Ram Gopal Varma as a co-director for ''Anaganaga Oka Roju''. Later, he started his profession as a writer for Krishna Vamsi's film ''Sindhooram'' and worked with him for '' Murari'', and also acted in films like ''Kshana Kshanam'' and ''Oka Raju Oka Rani''.
