Blue Creek Conservation Area
Blue Creek Metropark is a park and conservation area in Whitehouse and Waterville Township, Ohio, owned by Metroparks Toledo and partially leased to the city of Whitehouse. The rustic area has a parking lot and a one-mile loop trail leading to a wetland and a quarry pond. Fishing is permitted in the pond. Blue Creek is a village in the Toledo District of Belize. it is a Mopan people and Kekchi village of about 270 people. The community lies along flat roads, spanning both sides of Blue Creek. Clusters of thatch huts border both sides of Blue Creek, a beautiful, clear stream emerging from the surrounding thick jungle. Blue Creek is a long stream in the Northern Coast Ranges of California, and is the lowermost major tributary of the Klamath River. The creek begins in Elk Valley, in the Siskiyou Wilderness of the Six Rivers National Forest in Del Norte County. It flows southwest, receiving several major tributaries including the East Fork, Crescent City Fork, Nickowitz Creek, Slide Creek and the West Fork. It flows into the Klamath River in Humboldt County, upstream from where the Klamath empties into the Pacific Ocean. Blue Creek is a ghost town in the Blue Creek Valley in northeastern Box Elder County, Utah, United States. Description The community was a railroad settlement that started as a Union Pacific camp during the final stages of construction of the First transcontinental railroad. Located on the eastern slope of the North Promontory Mountains and Blue Creek Valley, southeast of Snowville and west of Tremonton on what is now I-84, Blue Creek existed from the late 1860s until it was abandoned in the 1900s. The settlement was named for the ''Blue Creek Spring'', to the south. Initially a railroad camp, Blue Creek later became a farming community with a few scattered homes and a post office.
