Bloomsburg is a town and the county seat of Columbia County, Pennsylvania, United States. Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (Bloomsburg, BU or Bloom) is a campus of Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania and it is located in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
