"Blood on the Scales" is the fourteenth episode in the fourth season of the reimagined ''Battlestar Galactica''. It aired on television in the United States and Canada on February 6, 2009. The survivor count shown in the title sequence is 39,603. Plot Felix Gaeta and Tom Zarek move to consolidate their insurrection in the fleet, while Cpt. Kara Thrace and Lee Adama organize resistance on board the ''Galactica'' and try to retake control of the ship. Zarek brings in Romo Lampkin to serve as Admiral Adama's defense counsel, against both Lampkin's and Adama's will. After a brief trial, Zarek, acting as judge, condemns Adama to death by firing squad. Zarek travels to ''Colonial One'' to attempt to solidify his position with the support of the Quorum of Twelve (absent Lee Adama). When they reject his ''coup'' and ask him to leave, he has two marines execute the entire group. Felix Gaeta
Lieutenant Junior Grade Felix Gaeta is a fictional character on '' Battlestar Galactica'' played by Alessandro Juliani. Arc Character overview in his early career Felix Gaeta is known for his friendly, encouraging, trusting, and idealistic nature, although this idealism is somewhat dented by the events of the early part of the show's third season (2006-2007). "Colonial Day" is the eleventh episode of the reimagined '' Battlestar Galactica'' television series. In the episode, Tom Zarek seeks to become Vice President, but President Laura Roslin thwarts him by nominating the popular scientist Gaius Baltar, who ultimately wins. A possible presidential assassin is captured but cannot be linked to Zarek. On Caprica, Helo discovers that Caprica-Boomer is a Cylon. "Sometimes a Great Notion" is the eleventh episode in the fourth season of the reimagined '' Battlestar Galactica''. It aired on television on Sci Fi and Space in the United States and Canada respectively on January 16, 2009 and on Sky One in the United Kingdom on January 20, 2009. This episode is the first after the mid-season finale of the fourth season (" Revelations"), which aired in June 2008. The episode title is a reference to the novel of the same name, written by Ken Kesey. The episode was also the last to be written before the 2007–2008 Writers Guild of America strike. It received a Nielsen rating of 1.6 and was received positively throughout. Dr. Gaius Baltar is a fictional character in the TV series '' Battlestar Galactica'' played by James Callis, a reimagining of Count Baltar from the 1978 '' Battlestar Galactica'' series. Hera Agathon, also called Isis, is a fictional character from the reimagined ''Battlestar Galactica'' series. She is the first, and only, known Cylon-Human hybrid child to be born and she first appears, at birth, in the episode "Downloaded".
