''Blood'' is an EP by the Polish death metal band Vader. It was released on 22 September 2003 in Europe via Metal Blade, and day after in Poland by Metal Mind. Japanese edition was released on 22 October 2003 by Avalon Marquee. Tracks 1-2 were recorded and mixed in July 2003 at RG Studio in Gdańsk, Poland. Mastering took place at RG Studio in Gdańsk, Poland. Tracks 3-7 were recorded and mixed between February and March 2002 at Red Studio in Gdańsk, Poland during '' Revelations'' (2002) sessions, and mastered at Studio 333 in Częstochowa, Poland. Vader (band)
Vader is a Polish death metal band from Olsztyn. Formed in 1983, the group was founded by then-bassist Piotr "Peter" Wiwczarek and guitarist Zbigniew "Vika" Wróblewski. Vader went through several lineup changes over the years, with Wiwczarek as the only constant member. Since 2022, the band has comprised Wiwczarek on guitars and vocals, guitarist Marek "Spider" Pająk, bassist Tomasz "Hal" Halicki, and drummer Michał Andrzejczyk. Starting as a heavy metal group, Vader eventually went to thrash, speed, and then in the late 1980s became a death metal band. It would not be until nine years after forming that they managed to release their debut album '' The Ultimate Incantation'' (1992); Vader has released eleven more studio albums since then. Thin Lizzy
Thin Lizzy are an Irish hard rock band formed in Dublin in 1969. Their music reflects a wide range of influences, including blues, soul music, psychedelic rock and traditional Irish folk music, but is generally classified as hard rock or sometimes heavy metal. Two of the founding members, drummer Brian Downey and bass guitarist, lead vocalist and principal songwriter Phil Lynott, met while still in school. Lynott led the group throughout their recording career of twelve studio albums, writing most of the material. The singles "Whiskey in the Jar" (a traditional Irish ballad), "The Boys Are Back in Town" and "Waiting for an Alibi" were international hits. Lux Occulta (which is Latin for "hidden light" or "the secrets of light") is a Polish avant-garde metal band, founded in late 1994. Their work, also strongly influenced by progressive metal and black metal, commonly incorporates elaborate arrangements often featuring multiple sections and unpredictable time changes. Sceptic (band)
The band was founded in 1994 in Cracow (Poland) initially under the name TORMENTOR, on the initiative of guitarists Jacek Hiro and Dariusz Styczen and drummer Maciej Zięba. A year later, already functioning as SCEPTIC, Dariusz Styczeń left the group and was replaced by Jacek Mrożek. In 1996, supplemented by a vocalist, the group recorded the first demo entitled "Demo'96". After the recordings, Stawiarski left the group, whose role was taken over by Mrożek. The bass guitar, electric bass or simply bass (), is the lowest-pitched member of the string family. It is a plucked string instrument similar in appearance and construction to an electric or an acoustic guitar, but with a longer neck and scale length, and typically four to six strings or courses.
