''Blondie, Beef and the Banana'' (Swedish: ''Blondie Biffen och Bananen'') is a 1952 Swedish comedy film directed by Lars-Eric Kjellgren and starring Åke Grönberg, Åke Söderblom and Doris Svedlund. It was shot at the Råsunda Studios in Stockholm. The film's sets were designed by the art director Nils Svenwall. It is an adaptation of the long-running comic strip of the same title by Jan-Erik Garland. It is the second of a trilogy of films also including ''Beef and the Banana'' (1951) and ''Klarar Bananen Biffen?'' Jules Berman (actor)
Jules Berman ( – July 18, 1998) was a liquor importer, southern California real estate developer and Pre-Columbian art collector known as "Mr Kahlua". Business career in 1962 Berman became the first importer of the liquor Kahlua to the United States, earning him the nickname "Mr. Kahlua". Berman developed a passion for Pre-Columbian art from Mexico. In the 1960s, Kahlua print advertising featured images of Mexican antiquities, creating a pop culture phenomenon. The ads featured Mesoamerican figures coupled with sandy beaches and humorous balloon captions. Bermans collection included clay and stone figures from Pre-Columbian cultures dating 1500 B.C. to 1521 A.D. The Fine Art Gallery of San Diego published a catalog of Jules Bermans collection, "Collection of Pre-Hispanic Mexican Art" in 1973. Erik 'Bullen' Berglund
Karl Erik "Bullen" Berglund (30 June 1887 – 27 April 1963) was a Swedish actor, director and writer. Berglund was one of Sweden's most popular male actors in Swedish films from the 1930s to the 1950s. He appeared in more than a hundred films. Biography Karl Erik Berglund was born at Lidingö in the Stockholm archipelago in Sweden. He was the son of Carl Victor Berglund and his wife Klara Erika Hausmetzger. Git Gay
Birgit Carp (13 July 1921 – 2 July 2007), better known by her screen name Git Gay, was a Swedish revue director, actress, and singer. Gay was born Birgit Agda Holmberg in 1921 in Karlshamn, Sweden. Her parents wanted her to become a concerto pianist and sent her to the Music Conservatory in Malmö. However, in the late 1940s, she was invited to act as a ''prima donna'' in a summer revue by director Sigge Holmberg. The following year, she performed at the Gröna Lund in Stockholm in the revue ''Klart Grönan''. In 1949, she was hired by the entertainer Karl Gerhard to participate in the revue ''Där de stora torskarna går'' in Gothenburg. Emy Hagman (9 June 1906 – 30 January 1976) was Swedish film actress and stage actress. Larsson & Marklund p.198 She appeared mainly in comedies, often with rural settings although she was herself a native of the city of Gothenburg. She was married to the actor Carl Hagman from 1927 until their divorce in 1941. Their daughter Britt Hagman was a child actress, who had a brief screen career in the late 1930s and early 1940s. She made her stage debut in 1923 and appeared in around twenty revues staged by Karl Gerhard from 1925 to 1960.
