Roscoe James Irwin
Roscoe James Irwin (born 21 February 1982) is a singer-songwriter, trumpetist and arranger/composer from Melbourne, Australia. He attended Blackburn High School known for its music. Biography Born to a classical soprano mother, and a folk loving father, Irwin was raised in the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria. Irwin's musical life was born at home. At age 9, he was welcomed into a Brady Bunch-esque step-family of brass players, pianists and conductors. Learning from his brother-in-law, Irwin showed early talent as an instrumentalist, and very quickly developed as a jazz trumpet player. Influenced by the greats like Miles Davis, Clifford Brown and Louis Armstrong. Blackburn North
Blackburn North (formerly North Blackburn) is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 17 km east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Whitehorse local government area. Blackburn North recorded a population of 7,627 at the 2021 census. Blackburn North is a predominantly residential suburb, with wide green and leafy streets and houses on quarter acre blocks. The suburb had its start in the early 1960s, much of it being built on land formerly used as an apple orchard. Jacinta Parsons is a radio broadcaster and writer from Melbourne, Australia who has worked at both community radio station Triple R and for both Double J and ABC Radio Melbourne. Stephen James Irons (born 1 September 1958) is an Australian politician. Jennifer Barbara Donnet (born 26 May 1963) is a retired Australian competitive diver. She was the first woman in any sport to represent Australia at four Olympic Games, competing in 1980 (Moscow), 1984 (Los Angeles), 1988 (Seoul) and 1992 (Barcelona). Electoral District Of Ringwood (Victoria)
The electoral district of Ringwood is an electoral district of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, located in the east of Melbourne. It was first proclaimed in 1958 and was abolished in 1992. Some of Ringwood was included in the new electoral district of Bayswater that year. Kay Setches, the last member for Ringwood, contested and lost Bayswater at the 1992 election. The electorate was created again in the 2013 redistribution of electoral boundaries that took effect at the 2014 state election. The new district largely replaces the abolished district of Mitcham, covering suburbs along the eastern parts of the Maroondah Highway. The abolished district of Mitcham was held by Liberal MP Dee Ryall, who lost the seat in a big swing against her in 2018. The Electoral district of Mitcham was an electoral district of the Victorian Legislative Assembly. It was centered on Mitcham and Blackburn in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Created prior to the 1967 election it was, with one exception, always held by the current government. The one exception was a 1997 by-election which was won by the Labor Party with a massive 16% swing, signaling a revival in the performance of the ALP prior to the 1999 election where they narrowly retained the seat and even more narrowly won government. Mitcham was abolished in 2014 and largely replaced by Ringwood. Don W. Scott (born 20 December 1945) is a former Australian rules footballer who represented in the Victorian Football League (VFL) from 1967-1981. Over his 302 game VFL career, Scott built a reputation as an aggressive ruckman and a team enforcer. As captain, he led the Hawks to two premierships.
