Black Tickle (Inuttitut: ''Kikkertet'') is a "NunatuKavut, remote Aboriginal List of communities in Newfoundland and Labrador, settlement" and List of designated places in Newfoundland and Labrador, designated place in Newfoundland and Labrador on the Island of Ponds. Canadian Forces Base Goose Bay , commonly referred to as CFB Goose Bay, is a Canadian Forces Base located in the municipality of Happy Valley-Goose Bay in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
