Bjarte Ludvigsen
Bjarte Ludvigsen, a.k.a. Blue, (born 20 May 1975) is a record producer from Bergen, Norway. He started out as a drummer for the Norwegian-Grammy Award winning band Poor Rich Ones. In 1997, after working as a session musician for several years and as an assistant engineer at Sigma Audio, Bjarte starteTinnitus Recordingtogether with Christer Hjelmeland. After helping several acts rise to the ranks and signing with major companies, the studio got popular with more established Norwegian artists. In 2004, Bjarte Ludvigsen took over the company and is now the owner of the studio. In 2007, he produced and engineered William Hut's gold selling album ''Nightfall'', where he also played drums, keyboards and programmed. The single "Take it easy" stayed 29 weeks in the Top 20 charts, reaching number 1 and sold 3 times platinum. Marthe Valle
Marthe Valle (born 29 November 1982 in Harstad, Norway), is a singer and songwriter, living in Bergen. Career Valle released her first solo album, ''It's A Bag of Candy'' (2005), awarded the Spellemannprisen as best newcomer. In addition, she was also nominated for Best Female Artist that year. In 2010 she went all the way to the final of the Norwegian X Factor, but was turned down in the sixth final round, as number seven. She participated in the Melodi Grand Prix 2012. Matias Tellez
Matias Tellez is a Norwegian singer-songwriter, composer and record producer. Matias is one of the many young artists that the press have called the Bergen Wave. His music contains elements of pop, rock and Tropicália. He released solo music until starting the band Young Dreams, of which he is the principal songwriter and producer. Background Matias's parents, both from Chile, moved to Norway as political refugees, and his style is heavily influenced by South American sounds, bossa nova, Tropicália and artists such as Os Mutantes, Los Gatos, Jorge Ben, and Caetano Veloso. Matias started playing violin at the age of six and piano aged seven, but found what would become his preferred instrument when he picked up his father's guitar at twelve. At the age of thirteen Matias entered the Eggstock battle of the bands with his band, Frustration To Creation, where he placed second, winning the opportunity to record a demo at Tinitus Studios in Bergen. Poor Rich Ones
Poor Rich Ones (1989-2003) was a pop and rock band from Bergen, Norway, comprised by lead singer, songwriter and guitarist William Hut, keyboardist Bjørn Bunes, bassist Tor Sørensen, guitarists Eivind Kvamme, Espen Mellingen, and drummer Bjarte Ludvigsen ("blue"). Formed in 1994, the band released their debut album ''Naivety's Star'' in 1996 on the local label Rec 90. Q magazine described their style as "infinitely sad and nocturnal, yet uplifting rather than depressing", calling the band "Norway's own Radiohead". After four successful album releases, including a final "best of" album after a United States tour, the band effectively dissolved in 2003. Although they have not broken up officially, the band's homepage states they have "no future plans". Vocalist William Hut has pursued a solo career, often assisted by ex-band colleague Bjørn Bunes.
