''Pushing Daisies'' is an American comedy-drama television series created by Bryan Fuller that aired on American Broadcasting Company, ABC. It premiered in the United States on ABC on October 3, 2007; in Canada on October 2, 2007 on CTV Television Network, CTV; and aired in the UK on ITV Network, ITV. ''Pushing Daisies'' is an American comedy-drama television series created by Bryan Fuller that aired on ABC from October 3, 2007, to June 13, 2009. The series stars Lee Pace as Ned, a pie-maker with the ability to bring dead things back to life with his touch, an ability that comes with stipulations. Together with his formerly deceased childhood crush Chuck (Anna Friel), co-worker Olive Snook (Kristin Chenoweth), and private investigator Emerson Cod (Chi McBride), Ned uses his abilities to solve murder cases. The cast also includes Ellen Greene, Swoosie Kurtz and Field Cate, with Jim Dale acting as narrator. Early life Dannelly was born in Würzburg, Germany before moving with his family to Baltimore, Maryland aged eleven.
