William Joe (born October 14, 1940) is a former American football player and coach. Playing career Joe was the American Football League Rookies of the Year, American Football League Rookie of the Year in 1963 AFL season, 1963 with the American Football League, AFL's Denver Broncos. Billy Joe Daugherty (April 23, 1952 – November 22, 2009) was founder and pastor of Victory Christian Center (now Victory Church) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was also the founder of Victory Christian School, Victory Bible Institute and Victory World Missions Training Center (now Victory College). Billy Joe DuPree (born March 7, 1950) is a former American football tight end in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Michigan State University. Early years DuPree was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. He played high school football at Richardson High School in West Monroe, Louisiana. He began playing as a two-way tackle. Biography Shaver was born in Corsicana, Texas, and raised by his mother, Victory Watson Shaver.
