''Billposters'' is a 1940 Donald Duck and Goofy cartoon. It was the third Donald & Goofy cartoon produced. Plot Donald and Goofy have been hired to display posters, or bills, for a no name soup company. While entering, they both gleefully sing "Whistle While You Work" from the then recently released ''Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs''. Goofy attempts, unsuccessfully, to paste his bills onto a nearby windmill, while Donald battles with a local farmyard goat, who's intent on eating everything it can. The battle ensues into a chase between Donald and the goat, ultimately concluding with the goat headbutting Donald and Goofy perpetually around the windmill blades. Donald Fauntleroy Duck is a cartoon character created by The Walt Disney Company. Donald is an anthropomorphic white duck with a yellow-orange bill, legs, and feet. He typically wears a sailor shirt and cap with a bow tie. Donald is known for his semi-intelligible speech and his mischievous, temperamental, and pompous personality. "Whistle While You Work" is a song with music written by Frank Churchill and lyrics written by Larry Morey for the 1937 animated Disney film ''Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs''. It was performed in the film by voice actress Adriana Caselotti. It also is featured in the 1979 stage adaptation. Clarence Nash
Clarence Charles "Ducky" Nash (December 7, 1904 – February 20, 1985) was an American voice actor. He was best known as the original voice of the Disney cartoon character Donald Duck. He was born in the rural community of Watonga, Oklahoma, and a street in that town is named in his honor. In 1993, he was posthumously made a Disney Legend for his contributions to Walt Disney films. Career Nash made a name for himself in the late 1920s as an impressionist for KHJ, a Los Angeles radio station, on their show, ''The Merrymakers''. He later was employed by the Adohr Milk Company for publicity purposes. Dubbed "Whistling Clarence, the Adohr Bird Man", Nash rode the streets with a team of miniature horses and gave treats to the children. In 1932, Nash happened by the Disney Studio with his team of horses, and decided to leave a copy of his Adohr publicity sheet with the receptionist.
