Billie Seward
Billie Seward (born Rita Ann Seward; October 23, 1912 – March 20, 1982) was a 1930s motion picture actress from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Film actress Seward performed with Lou Holtz (actor), Lou Holtz at The Beverly Wilshire Hotel Gold Room in December 1933. She obtained a contract with Columbia Pictures following a three-month stay in Hollywood, Los Angeles, Hollywood. Seward starred with Richard Cromwell (actor), Richard Cromwell in the 1934 Columbia production of ''Among the Missing''. Wallace Ford joined Seward and Cromwell in ''Hot News'', which was eventually titled ''Men of the Hour'' (1935). She was in three western films written by Ford Beebe in 1935. The titles are ''Law Beyond the Range'', ''The Revenge Rider'', and ''Justice of the Range''. Colonel Tim McCoy, Ward Bond, and Ed LeSaint were among her fellow actors. Jeff York
Jeff York (March 23, 1912 – October 11, 1995) was an American film and television actor who began his career in the late 1930s using his given name, Granville Owen Scofield. He was also sometimes credited as Jeff Yorke. Career York served in the United States Army during World War II. During his early career, the tall, dark-haired actor played characters such as Pat Ryan in the 1940 serial ''Terry and the Pirates'' and was given the lead in the 1940 film ''Li'l Abner''. However, he is perhaps most remembered for his role as Bud Searcy in Disney's classic ''Old Yeller'' and its 1963 sequel '' Savage Sam''. Beverly Washburn played Lisbeth Searcy, Bud's daughter. York also appeared in ''The Great Locomotive Chase'', ''Westward Ho, the Wagons!'', and ''Johnny Tremain'' which were all Walt Disney's productions. Encino (Spanish language, Spanish for "oak") is a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California. History In 1769, the Spanish Portolá expedition, first Europeans to see inland areas of California, traveled north through Sepulveda Pass into the San Fernando Valley on August 5 and stayed two nights at a native village near what is now Los Encinos State Historic Park. Sherman Oaks is a neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles, California located in the San Fernando Valley, founded in 1927. Ciro's (later known as Ciro's Le Disc) was a nightclub on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, California owned by William Wilkerson. Opened in 1940, Ciro's became a popular nightspot for celebrities. The nightclub closed in 1957 and was reopened as a rock club in 1965. After a few name changes, it eventually became The Comedy Store in 1972. History Club Seville opened New Year’s Eve 1935.
