Bill Henderson is an American politician and a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing District 41 since January 10, 2017. Elections 2014 Henderson challenged incumbent Republican Representative Dan Zwonitzer in the District 43 Republican primary and lost to Zwonitzer. Cheyenne ( or ) is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Wyoming, as well as the county seat of Laramie County, with 65,132 residents, per the 2020 US Census. The University of Wyoming (UW) is a public land-grant research university in Laramie, Wyoming. It was founded in March 1886, four years before the territory was admitted as the 44th state, and opened in September 1887. Dan Zwonitzer (born October 30, 1979) is a Republican Party member of the Wyoming House of Representatives from District 43, which comprises south-central Laramie County and includes southeastern portion of the capital city of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Zwonitzer is a Moderate Republican, known for his support for gay rights in a traditionally conservative state. He is the longest serving legislator in Laramie County, and third in seniority in the Wyoming House.
