Bignell Creek
Bignell Creek is a tributary of the Adolphe-Poisson Bay located on the southwestern side of the Gouin Reservoir. This stream runs entirely in forest zone in the town of La Tuque, in the administrative region of Mauricie, in Quebec, in Canada. Bignell stream flows successively into the Provancher and Poisson townships. Forestry is the main economic activity of this valley; recreational tourism activities, second. Kevin Sacre-Dallerup (born Kevin Bignell on 23 March 1978), accessed 30 May 2007 is a British actor. Sir Roderick Bignell Weir (14 July 1927 – 15 November 2021) was a New Zealand businessman. Early life and family Weir was born in Palmerston North on 14 July 1927, the son of Clarice Mildred ( Bignell) and Cecil Alexander Weir. His younger sister is the organist Dame Gillian Weir, and his brother (1929–2016) was the bookseller and businessman Graham Ashley Weir. He received his schooling at Wanganui Boys' College, now known as Whanganui City College. In 1952, Weir married Loys Agnes Wilson, and the couple had one child. Larry Irvin Bignell (born January 7, 1950) is a Canadian retired professional Ice hockey defenceman from Edmonton, Alberta. Career Bignell was selected by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the second round, 35th overall, in the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft.
