Big Brother (Greek Season 4)
''Big Brother Greece 4'' also known as ''Big Mother'', was the fourth season of the Greek reality television series '' Big Brother''. The show followed thirty-one contestants, known as housemates, who were isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom-built house. Each week, one or more of the housemates were evicted by a public vote. At the beginning of the season, ''Big Brother Greece 4'' launched under the name ''Big Mother'' on ANT1 on October 3, 2005 and ended on December 29, 2005, lasted 88 days. It featured a new format and was known as "Big Mother". In ''Big Mother'', the nine housemates take part in the game with their mothers, with whom they must coexist during the contest. The "mamas" were not able to win the prize but they would stay with their children until their eviction. When a housemate is evicted, their mother must also leave the house. Tatiana Stefanidou
Tatiana Stefanidou ( el, Τατιάνα Στεφανίδου; born April 18, 1970 in Athens) is a Greek television host and journalist on Greek television. Personal life In 1995, Stefanidou married entrepreneur Panagiotis Stavropoulos. They separated in 1998 but their divorce published in 2002. In 1998, Stefanidou began dating journalist Nikos Evangelatos. In 2003, they married. Together, they have two children: a son Nikolas (born 1999) and a daughter Lydia (born 2004). Career Stefanidou began her career as a journalist, working for Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation. Later, she co-hosted ANT1's morning show ''Kalimera Ellada'' with Yorgos Papadakis and was a newscaster on the same TV station for a period. She has worked for Alpha TV, Tempo TV, Alter Channel and ANT1, presenting tabloid talk shows, like Alter's ''Yialinos Tihos'' (2001), ''Fyllo ke Ftero'' (2002) and ''Me to Ganti'' (2003), and ANT1's ''Apoklistika'' (2004) and ''Apokalypsi Tora'' (2005). ANT1
Antenna, better known as ANT1, is a television network airing in Greece. The alternate spelling is wordplay in Greek; ''ena'' (ένα) is the Greek number ''1'' (one), thus ''ANT1'' is pronounced the same as ''Antenna'' (Αντέννα). It launched on 31 December 1989, and is owned by Antenna Group. ANT1 had been a popular network in Greece for years with its line up of soap series including dramas ''Lampsi'' and ''Kalimera Zoi''. History The first broadcast was on 31 December 1989. ''Big Brother Greece'' is the Greek version of the international reality television franchise ''Big Brother'' created by producer John de Mol in 1997. The show premiered on 10 September 2001 on ANT1, the show followed a number of contestants, known as housemates, who are isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom-built house. Each week, one of the housemates is evicted by a public vote, with the last housemate remaining winning a cash prize. ANT1 broadcast four seasons until 2005. During its run, ANT1 changed the name and format of the show twice, with the third season under the name ''The Wall'' and the fourth season under the name ''Big Mother''. The show was also broadcast in Cyprus on ANT1 Cyprus during this period. In 2010, Alpha TV announced that they would launch their own version of the original ''Big Brother'', with the season starting on 3 October 2010 and ending on 30 January 2011.
