Kurt Bieber (January 5, 1929 – December 31, 2015) born Kermit Henry Bieber in Allentown, Pennsylvania was an American actor and male model who was photographed by Cris Alexander as the character Letch Feeley in Patrick Dennis' illustrated autobiographical novel '' Little Me''. which became a Broadway musical hit in 1962. Bieber served in the military during the Korean war. Upon discharge he moved to New York City to study drama, dance and voice with the American Theatre Wing. He then appeared in summer stock companies of several plays and musicals including Wish You Were Here (musical), Wonderful Town, Can-Can (musical) and On The Town (musical). He made his Broadway debut as a sailor in the original cast of The World of Suzie Wong in 1958 with William Shatner. Shane Robert Bieber (born May 31, 1995) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Cleveland Guardians of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played college baseball for the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos baseball team as a walk-on. He was drafted by the Indians in the fourth round of the 2016 Major League Baseball draft. Bieber made his MLB debut with Cleveland in 2018, was named an All-Star in 2019 and 2021, and received the American League's 2020 Cy Young Award. Owen Frederick Bieber (;Sawyer, "In Troubled Detroit, the UAW to Follow 'a Guy You Can Trust'," ''The Washington Post,'' November 22, 1982. December 28, 1929 – February 17, 2020) was an American labor union activist. He was president of the United Auto Workers (UAW) from 1983 to 1995. Born in Michigan, Bieber joined the McInerney Spring and Wire Company, an automotive parts supplier in Grand Rapids, after finishing high school. His father was also employed at the company, and had co-founded a UAW local there. Bieber himself became active within the local, rising from shop steward to its president between 1949 and 1956. Nita Gale Bieber (July 18, 1926 – February 4, 2019) was an American actress and dancer. Early years Bieber was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Callie Mae (Robbins) and William Carl Bieber. She was one of five siblings who studied dancing from childhood. After graduating from Hollywood High School, she traveled with a USO troupe. Film career In 1946, Bieber appeared in several films for Columbia Pictures, most notably '' Rhythm and Weep'' with the Three Stooges. In 1947, she appeared in three more films for Columbia and also appeared in a couple of Monogram flicks, most notably as Mame in the Bowery Boys movie ''News Hounds''. She was featured in a full-page photo on the cover of the November 28, 1949, issue of ''Life'' magazine.
