Franck Biancheri (born 2 May 1960) is a Monegasque businessman and former foreign and finance minister of Monaco. Early life and education Biancheri was born on 2 May 1960. He graduated from ESCP, Paris Business School. Career Biancheri served as minister of finance and economy from 2000 until July 2006. Franck Biancheri (11 March 1961 – 30 October 2012) was the founder of the Newropeans European political party and the leader from June 2006. The party planned to run for campaigns in the 2009 elections to the European Parliament with representatives in all member states simultaneously. Biancheri had previously founded the European Students' Forum (AEGEE) in 1985 and the think tank LEAP/Europe2020 in 1998. Biography Biancheri was born in Nice, France. Henri Biancheri (30 July 1932 – 1 December 2019) was a French association football player and sports executive. He played midfielder for 14 seasons including seven at AS Monaco FC where he was a member of two Ligue 1 championship squads and twice a winner of the Coupe de France. He also earned two caps with the France national team in 1960. After he retired as a player, he became a commercial director at Adidas from 1966 to 1986, and then technical director at Monaco until 2005. Luigi Biancheri
Luigi Biancheri (31 January 1891 – 12 December 1950) was an Italian admiral during World War II. Early life and career Biancheri was born in Genoa in 1891 and entered the Royal Naval Academy in Livorno in 1907, graduating as an ensign on 1 April 1911. He participated in the Italo-Turkish War as part of the crew of the armoured cruiser ''Amalfi'', and then served on board smaller ships during the earlier part of World War I. In July 1917, he was assigned to the ''Brigata Marina'' and he subsequently fought for the whole duration of the land campaign, receiving two Silver Medals of Military Valor and one Bronze Medal of Military Valor. After the end of the war, Biancheri was given a command in the Livorno MAS flotilla and then, in June and July 1919, he was part of the Italian expeditionary force in Anatolia.
