Bianca (1984 Film)
''Sweet Body of Bianca'' ( it, Bianca) is a 1984 Italian comedy-mystery film directed by Nanni Moretti. Plot In Rome, Michele Apicella moves to a new apartment and starts a new job as mathematics teacher in the experimental Marilyn Monroe high school where most of the staff are, like him, eccentric. A solitary man, scrupulous about his work, one of his obsessions is the life of his new neighbours. He befriends a young couple, Maximilian and Aurora, but is deeply upset when he sees the girl with another man. She is found dead and the police inspector, thinking that Michele may know more than he reveals, puts him under surveillance. "Il cielo in una stanza" () is a song written by Gino Paoli and originally recorded by Italian singer Mina for the album of the same name. The song was released as a single in June 1960 by Italdisc. It became a commercial success in Italy, topping the charts for eleven consecutive weeks and later returning to number one for three additional weeks. It is also Mina's best-selling single in Italy, with estimated sales of 400.000 copies. The song was subsequently re-recorded by several artists, including Paoli himself, Franco Simone, Ornella Vanoni, Giorgia, Carla Bruni and Mike Patton. Gino Paoli (; born 23 September 1934 in Monfalcone) is an Italian singer-songwriter. He is a seminal figure who has written a number of songs widely regarded as classics in Italian popular music, including: " Il cielo in una stanza", "Che cosa c'è", " Senza fine", "Quattro amici al bar" and " Sapore di sale". Caterina Caselli (born 10 April 1946) is an Italian record producer, music executive, singer and bass player. Biography Caselli was born in Modena but grew up in Sassuolo. She started her music career by playing bass in local clubs.
