Legislative Assembly elections were held in Himachal Pradesh on 12 November 2022 to elect 68 members of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Ishwar Dass Dhiman (17 November 1934 – 15 November 2016) was an Indian politician from Himachal Pradesh. Ishwar Dhiman was born at Dialri, Hamirpur district to G.R. Dhiman in 1934. He was educated at the Punjab University in Chandigarh and the Himachal Pradesh University in Shimla. He held M.A. and M.Ed. degrees. Kamlesh Kumari was an Indian constable who served with the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and a recipient of the Ashoka Chakra, the highest possible award conferred during peacetime by the Republic of India.
