Bharot Bhagyo Bidhata
''Bharoto Bhagyo Bidhata'' ( bn, ভারত ভাগ্য বিধাতা, lit=Dispenser of India's destiny) is a five-stanza Brahmo hymn in Bengali language dedicated to Supreme divine God who is the dispenser of the destiny of India. It was composed and scored in Bengali language, Bengali by Nobel Prize in Literature, Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore in 1911. The first stanza of the song has been adopted as the Jana Gana Mana, National Anthem of India. History of Jana Gana Mana The poem was first sung on the second day of the annual session of the Indian National Congress in Calcutta on 27 December 1911. Song was performed by Sarala Devi Chowdhurani, Tagore's niece, along with a group of school students, in front of prominent Congress Members like Bishan Narayan Dhar, Indian National Congress President and Ambika Charan Majumdar. Jana Gana Mana is a music video produced in 2000 featuring a number of prominent Indian musicians and singers performing the Indian national anthem "Jana Gana Mana." The video was released on 26 January 2000 to mark the 50th year of the Constitution of India and the Republic Day. Pydimarri Venkata Subba Rao (10 June 1916 – 1988) was a Telugu literature, Telugu author who is best remembered as the composer of the Indian National Pledge, National Pledge of India. Writer and polyglot Subba Rao was a native of Anneparthy village in the Nalgonda District of Telangana. He was a polyglot, having mastered Sanskrit, Telugu language, Telugu, English language, English and Arabic language, Arabic. The National Pledge is an oath of allegiance to the Republic of India.
