''Beyond the Law'' is a 1930 American western film directed by J. P. McGowan and starring Robert Frazer, Lane Chandler and Louise Lorraine. It was one of the final productions of the independent Rayart Pictures, under the name Raytone Talking Pictures. George Hackathorne
George Hackathorne (February 13, 1896 – June 25, 1940) was an American actor of the silent era. He appeared in more than 50 films between 1916 and 1939. Hackathorne was born and educated in Pendleton, Oregon. Despite his mother's wishes that he get a college education, he chose to be an actor. He began his career as a child actor in stock theater, after which he performed in vaudeville. He and his brother had a dramatic act that toured the United States. On June 25, 1940, Hackathorne died in Hollywood, California, at age 44. He was buried in Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Franklyn Farnum (born William Smith; June 5, 1878 – July 4, 1961) was an American character actor and Hollywood extra who appeared in at least 1,100 films. He was also cast in more films that won the Academy Award for Best Picture than any other performer in American film industry. He was also credited as Frank Farnum. Life and career Farnum was born in 1878 in Boston, Massachusetts, and became a vaudeville actor at the age of twelve. He was featured in a number of theatrical and musical productions by the time he entered silent films near the age of 40. Written by lead guitarist and singer Matt Bellamy, it was released on 14 June 1999 as the band's lead single from their debut studio album '' Showbiz'' (1999). It reached number 73 on the UK Singles Chart. Background and composition The song originally featured on Muse's second EP '' Muscle Museum EP''. During recording, the amp used for the guitar blew up.
