Betty Kyallo
Betty Kyallo is a Kenyan media personality and entrepreneur. Early life and education Kyallo was born on 15 March 1989 in Kajiado county, Ongata Rongai. The second child in her family, she has two sisters (Mercy Kyallo and Gloria Kyallo) and one brother (Brian Kyallo). Her parents are Julia Ngii and Wilfred Kyallo. Her parents later separated but have been both present in most of her life milestones. She attended Olerai Primary School and Uhuru Gardens primary school; later she joined Kangundo Girls High School for her secondary education. She went to Daystar University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in mass communication. Career She joined Kenya Television Network where she worked as an intern, and was later taken in as a news anchor where she aired the 9 pm news on Fridays (the Friday Briefing). Kajiado
Kajiado is a town in Kajiado County, Kenya. The town is located south of Nairobi, along the Nairobi – Arusha highway ( A104 road). Kajiado has an urban population of 24,678 (2019 census). Local people are predominantly of the Maasai tribe. Kajiado is the headquarters for Kajiado County. The name "Kajiado" comes from the word "Olkeju-ado." Which means "The Long River" in the Maasai language. The seasonal river named after the town runs from West to the East of the town. The original name for Kajiado was "Olpurapurana", which means "a round elevation". Transport Kajiado has a station on the Magadi Soda Railway line which runs from Konza (on the Nairobi-Mombasa line) to Magadi. Kajiado County
Kajiado County is a county in the former Rift Valley Province of Kenya. As of 2019, Kajiado county spanned an area of 21,292.7 km2, with a recorded population of 1,117,840. Ongata Rongai
Ongata Rongai (also known as Ronga in local slang) is a town located in Kajiado North, Kajiado County, Kenya. The town is situated south of the Nairobi CBD and East of the Ngong hills and within the greater Nairobi Metropolitan Region. It lies 1,731 meters (5,682 feet) above sea level. Daystar is a Christian liberal arts university in Nairobi. Daystar's original campus is close to Nairobi city centre, but there was no room to expand at that location. Therefore, in 1992 a new campus was built at Athi River, some 40 km to the south-east of the city, on the Mombasa Road which became the main campus.
