Betty Jean Ward
Betty Jean Ward (born September 12, 1944) is an American actress. She is the creator and the star of ''Stand-Up Opera'', a musical one-woman show. Personal life Ward was first married to Donald Trenner in 1966, they divorced in 1978, but they each remained one another's dearest and closest friends until his death on May 16, 2020. She was later married to director Gordon Hunt from 1995 until his death in 2016. Her stepdaughter is actress Helen Hunt. Acting career Early career She made her debut on the stage in 1960, in the original off-Broadway production of ''The Fantasticks'', where she was an understudy for the role of Luisa/the Girl. B.J. Ward had gotten the part by calling the producer of the show. She toured with the Groundlings for a short while before starting her own voice over career starting with Hanna-Barbera's ''Jana of the Jungle'' in 1978. ''Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island'' is a 1998 American direct-to-video animated mystery comedy horror film based on Hanna-Barbera's ''Scooby-Doo'' Saturday-morning cartoons. In the film, Shaggy, Scooby, Fred, Velma, and Daphne reunite after a year-long hiatus from Mystery, Inc. to investigate a bayou island said to be haunted by the ghost of the pirate Morgan Moonscar. The film was directed by Jim Stenstrum, from a screenplay by Glenn Leopold. Popularity for ''Scooby-Doo'' had grown in the 1990s due to reruns aired on Cartoon Network. ''The Little Rascals'' is a 30-minute Saturday morning animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions and King World Productions. It first aired on ABC on September 25, 1982. A spin-off based on the live-action '' Our Gang'' comedy shorts, it was broadcast as part of ''The Pac-Man/Little Rascals/Richie Rich Show'' in 1982 and then as part of ''The Monchhichis/Little Rascals/Richie Rich Show'' in 1983. The characters were designed by Iwao Takamoto and Bob Singer by using tracing paper on top of actual photographs of the real-life characters, and used a pencil to sketch the characters. ''Daffy Duck's Quackbusters'' is a 1988 animated compilation film featuring classic Warner Bros. Cartoons shorts and animated bridging sequences, starring Daffy Duck. Teressa Claire MacNeille (née Payne; born June 20, 1951) is an American voice actress, whose credits include voicing Dot Warner on the animated television series ''Animaniacs'', Babs Bunny on ''Tiny Toon Adventures'', Chip and Gadget Hackwrench on '' Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers'', and Daisy Duck in various Disney media since 1999.
